Follow-up to BPS Collaboration with ITESA Muhammadiyah

BPS Jawa Tengah Province received another working visit from the Muhammadiyah Institute of Statistics and Business Technology (ITESA Muhammadiyah) Semarang on Thursday, July 24 2024 in the Hall on the 5th floor of BPS Jawa Tengah Province. The working visit was attended by the Head of Quality Assurance, Wellie Sulistijanti, and Deputy Chancellor 1 of ITESA, Laelatul Khikmah and his staff. This visit was in order to follow up on the collaboration that had been discussed previously, such as the construction of a statistics corner, lecturer sharing from BPS, collaboration in admitting new students, and internship programs at BPS throughout Jawa Tengah.

Head of Jawa Tengah Province BPS, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih received a direct visit and welcomed the agreed cooperation agenda. Endang stated that statistics must be of high quality and have an impact, so that synergy between BPS and universities is important so that official statistics can be utilized optimally in academic circles. Endang also hopes that in 2024 the fourth Statistics Corner can be realized at ITESA Muhammadiyah Semarang.
