Children are the nation's assets that must be prepared as well as possible, one of them by providing formal and informal education. From the 2019 Susenas data, School Participation Rates (APS) aged 7-12 years in Central Java are quite high, at 99.77%. This figure leaves only 0.05% of children at that age who are not yet in school. While the rest are not in school anymore.

With a variety of programs in education, APS is expected to increase and decrease dropout rates.
