Online Population Census Data Security

Public concern over the issue of data leakage raises questions about the security of Population Census data. Calm down The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) guarantees the confidentiality of population data that has been sent through the Online Population Census as well as later in the next stage of the Population Census.

BPS carries out the mandate of Law Number 16 of 1997 concerning Statistics which requires maintaining the confidentiality of respondents along with data provided on all activities carried out.
So #SahabatStatistik need not hesitate when participating in various data collection activities carried out by BPS.
