FIRST IMK TRAINING IN HISTORY
The manufacturing industry sector in the structure of domestic products, both national and regional, has a very high role. Regarding the distribution of economic growth in Central Java in the second quarter of 2019 this sector took a role of 34.11 percent with growth (y-on-y) of 3.64 percent. With regard to the last Central Java GRDP of 5.62 percent, this sector contributed a significant amount of 1.24 percent.
Based on the results of SE2016 the composition of the number of businesses in the industrial sector in Central Java was determined by micro small businesses with 99.48 percent. It is therefore important to improve the role of this sector by ensuring the quality of micro industry data remains and is getting better.

Aware of this, BPS in Central Java Province is innovating to implement the IMK Survey District Instructor Training which has never been done before. With this training, it is expected that the knowledge, movement and steps of conducting this survey can be approved and more efficient.

The training, which was opened by the Head of Production Statistics Division Totok Tavirijanto, was opened by the entire Head of BPS / BPS Central Production Statistics Staff in Central Java and Provincial BPS with national instructors from the Indonesian BPS IKR Sub Directorate Qadarian Bahagia. The activity took place at Griya Persada Bandungan Hotel on 7-10 August 2019.
