November Saintek 2018 at UIN Walisongo Semarang

Thursday (8/11) Faculty of Science and Technology (SAINTEK) Walisongo Semarang Islamic University held a National Seminar which is an annual agenda with the title NOVEMBER SAINTEK 2018 which takes the theme "Potential Challenges and Strategies in Technology Development Towards Industrial Revolution 4.0".
Head of BPS Jawa Tengah Province, Sentot Bangun Widoyono, MA. became one of the speakers who presented with the title "Jawa Tengah HR Readiness in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0".
Also present as speakers were Dr. Budi Setyadi Daryono, M.Agr.Sc., Dean of Biology UGM Yogyakarta as well as Chair of the Indonesian Biology Consortium, who explained about the use of IT to progress in agriculture, in order to compete in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.
On this occasion Budi Setyadi had time to exhibit examples of agricultural products in the form of 'melon fruit' cultivated with the use of technology at UGM.
The seminar participants were not only from Walisongo UIN students, but also from outside UIN, among others from Semarang University, UGM, Unisulla, high school students around the UIN Walisongo Semarang campus, and even participants from BPS Rembang Regency.
All participants were enthusiastic, this was seen from the number of questioners and all of them remained at home sitting until the event ended.
